Secure Access Guide

A comprehensive technical walkthrough for configuring your environment, verifying PGP signatures, and navigating the TorZon Market Access architecture securely.

Introduction to Network Security

Accessing hidden services on the Tor network requires specific protocols to ensure privacy and security. Unlike standard browsing, the onion routing protocol anonymizes traffic by bouncing it through multiple relays. This guide outlines the mandatory steps to access TorZon Market Access without compromising your digital footprint.

Prerequisite: This tutorial assumes you have a basic understanding of PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encryption. If you are unfamiliar with PGP, please review our Security Section first.
STEP 1

Environment Configuration

Security begins with the browser. Standard browsers like Chrome or Firefox leak identifiable data.

  • Download the Tor Browser only from the official project website.
  • Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  • Set the Security Level to "Safer" or "Safest". This disables non-essential scripts that could de-anonymize you.
STEP 2

Access & Verification

Phishing is the primary threat on the darknet. Never trust links from unverified sources like wikis or forums without verifying them yourself.

Verification Protocol: When you land on the login page, verify the PGP signature provided by the server against the official key you have stored. If the signature does not match, leave immediately.

STEP 3

Account Creation & Mnemonic

TorZon Market Access utilizes a non-custodial recovery system. When you create an account, you will be issued a Mnemonic Phrase.

Password Hygiene

Use a random alphanumeric string generated locally. Do not reuse passwords from other forums or markets.

The Mnemonic

This phrase is the ONLY way to recover your account if you lose your password. Admins cannot reset passwords. Store this offline immediately.

STEP 4

PGP & Two-Factor Authentication

Once logged in, your first action must be adding your PGP Public Key to your profile settings. This enables Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

  • Generate a key pair using GPG or Kleopatra (4096-bit RSA recommended).
  • Paste your Public Key into the user settings panel.
  • Enable 2FA. On next login, you will decrypt a message to prove identity.

All sensitive communications, including shipping addresses, must be encrypted with the vendor's PGP key before submission.

STEP 5

Funding & Protocol Safety

TorZon Market Access supports cryptocurrencies for transactional integrity. Understanding the difference between assets is critical for privacy.

BTC Bitcoin: Transparent ledger. Transactions can be traced. Requires mixing or CoinJoin before depositing.
XMR Monero: Recommended. Private ledger by default. Sender, receiver, and amount are obfuscated.
STEP 6

Escrow & Reputation

The marketplace operates on an Escrow system. Funds are held by the market protocol until the transaction is finalized.

Warning: Never "Finalize Early" (FE) unless you have established trust with a highly reputable vendor. Finalizing early releases funds immediately, removing your protection against non-delivery.

Always check vendor feedback scores and PGP signed proofs before engaging.
